Fine for general dentistry, but they made my removable upper partial that they never could make fit right. Every effort to adjust made it fit even worse, and I wanted them to start the process over with a different design. I asked them to think "outside the box", but they didn't know how. They were also quite condescending and impatient, with this elderly woman, me. I wound up loosening and losing one of the implants that was supposed to hold in the partial. (That was more than $2,000 I paid that went down the drain for the implant.) I had to go to another dentist to have the whole appliance re-designed and fabricated and, and while that was being done I suffered for almost a year with the misfit and painful partial, since that was my only my option if wanted to chew while I waited for the new design and construction by my new, creative and compassionate dentist. It works much better, and we are not finished thinkering,
