Just came into this store to upgrade my moms phone and have never had a better experience in a phone store. The manager Jesus Ferreira was patient, understanding, and cracked a few jokes making the whole process really enjoyable. Shane Richardson also helped us make our decisions for a new phone and phone case while singing The Weeknd making us all laugh. So happy we decided to visit the longmeadow store instead of West Springfield because we were able to get a really unique, friendly and funny experience here!

My family and I had to spend about an hour in this store and everyone working at the store made this such an enjoyable time! Jesus, the manager, was very patient as my mom asked multiple questions about the slightest differences between the phones and Shane was able to turn an emotional journey for my mom as she gave her phone of 15 years up into a laughable experience. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The only complaint I could I have is that the screen protector they put on for me has a bubble, but I'm going back to Verizon today to fix that.
I had a 10/10 experience here. Jesus Ferreira was extremely patient with my dad who was asking like 1000 questions and didn't really understand the whole situation. Jesus was completely willing to repeat things over and over again until we understood.
It seems like companies are trying to force customers to do everything online these days. Having a store here in town is a blessing. Somewhere where I can purchase my phones, get all my stuff transferred, and not have to worry about doing it myself. People in this town are notoriously cheap
