Worked here for a year and the new head direct nurse was only there for a month and fired me for checking the time on my phone, when she would use her phone up and down the halls. She put a new rule a month prior to my termination about having no phones on us. If she wanted to enforce that rule she should have started with herself. The experience was hell. No one helps each other when that place requires alot of teamwork. A co worker stole my taxi money during shift change when I was doing a double. Nothing worst than a place where you bust your ass and work hard only to get money stolen from you and get fired over looking at the time. I will never go there again and I do not recommend any of my friends or individuals to work here.
I love jgs I would not work with any person that did not give the residents good care. I treat my patients the way I would want my parents to be treated its just that simple
I visit this lovely place for a Job fair and was amazed with how courteous people were there, the place was very clean, and patients looked very happy, good teamwork, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone Good Job!!!
