Drivers do not call this company for labor! I had arranged to have 2 guys meet me at a residence in Northampton, MA today at 8am. First the guy wanted 100 an hour for two guys which is ludacris but I said ok because it was a small load and I as desperate. The only reason I wanted the guys was because it was a 3rd floor carry with a 4th floor bedroom and exercise room. Guys never showed up and no one ever called. Terrible.

The workers clearly have had no training and are outfitted with improper equipment. Do not use them unless you can afford to have your house and its contents severely damaged. No wonder the only review is his own.
Great experience with Dan and Patrick! Coming from Maryland I didn't know anyone here to help with my move and I am so happy I have Dan a try.
They did an in-town move for me and damaged literally every item they touched. They even dropped my computer down the porch stairs of my house severely damaging both the 3000$ computer and the the staircase on the porch. Not a single item they moved didn't have a dent or a scratch. And not a single item was wrapped or prepared as promised. Patrick said it was ok and he would pay me back and he just had to goto the bank. I phoned Patrick several times.finally after 3 days of calls he offered $20 for atleast $4000 worth of damage.
I highly recommend you use Dan's service if you are moving in the western mass area and need affordable help!
They were so friendly and careful with my belongings. They stayed and helped until everything was in my apartment and even put things in the correct place. I've used movers in other areas and had negative experiences with the staff. This was not the case with them.
Dans hauling and moving moved our 4-bedroom house in 2015, and they were nothing but professional, timely and went above and beyond for my satisfaction. They stayed late to help put my beds together, and did a great job overall. They were careful with my belongings, especially considering I had some heavy furniture and needed it to fit in awkward spaces. Lots of stairs, and they worked like champs! I would highly recommend them!
